Should you need to cancel your tour or travel services for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us in writing. The effectiveness of cancellation charges will commence from the date we receive your written notification, adhering to the following structure:Cancellation Charges:Charges for canceling transport tickets adhere to the rules set by the respective authorities. Please note that air tickets purchased at special fares are non-refundable, and guests will bear any cancellation charges.Group Tours:Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival may qualify for a 90% refund, excluding transaction charges.Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival may qualify for a 50% refund, excluding transaction charges.Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival may qualify for a 25% refund, excluding transaction charges.Cancellations made beyond these periods, or in case of no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.Individual Tours (FIT Tours):The cancellation policy for individual tours varies according to the policies of associated hotels and service operators. We must comply with their policies, and cancellation charges will reflect these variances. For cancellations, we will impose an 8% processing fee on the total booking amount, in addition to any charges levied by service providers.Special Notes:Exclusive train journeys (e.g., Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels) are subject to specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated as required.No refunds will be issued for cancellations during the high peak season (20th Dec to 15th Jan).Peak season policies may vary; hotels with different cancellation policies will necessitate the client bearing any additional cancellation charges.Post-trip commencement cancellations will result in limited refunds, based on recoverable amounts from hotels. Refunds for unused services like hotel stays and meals are not guaranteed.Direct modifications/cancellations to the hotel are not accepted.Refunds for payments made via credit card will be processed back to the same card, subject to banking procedures taking 2 to 8 weeks.Refunds due to service unavailability will exclude transaction charges, provided no alternative services accepted by the client have been cancelled.No Refund for Unused Services:It is agreed that there will be no refunds or compensation for unused services, irrespective of the reason. This includes non-utilization of any part of the tour or services not used by choice, due to illness, weather, or external factors.It’s imperative to understand these policies thoroughly to avoid any inconveniences.
